Forbes states our “Your Cells=Drugs” Case will have “Monumental Impact”

Regenexx FDA struggle update…  This past week we had our several year struggle with FDA over their “your cells=drugs” policy burst into the national news media. Today the story was picked up by Forbes, who calls the landmark stem cell case “Monumental” for it’s impact in the future of the biotech industry and your future health. The Texas Medical Board also weighed in on this issue today, declaring that the type of physician innovation we have always used for the Regenexx procedures (placing new procedures through an IRB to protect patients before first use) is what will be supported in the State of Texas when Doctors use stem cells as the practice of medicine.
