Was Bartolo Colon's Pitching Speed Impacted by his Stem Cell Therapy or his Steroid Use?

Last spring I blogged on Bartolo Colon's stem cell therapy. What was fascinating was that after a stem cell treatment performed by a Florida physician, he seemed to be pitching faster. After treating numerous professional athletes with stem cells, this made sense to us. However, yesterday came the revelation that his pitching may have been impacted by something equally as potent as his Bartolo Colon stem cell procedure-Testosterone use. Steroids can certainly increase muscle mass and make athletes perform better. So was it the steroids or the stem cells? Like the owl on the Tootsie Roll commercial used to say, "The world may never know..."
