  1. I am so grateful for your support and this latest post! I have had numerous experiences with pain doctors and others when they could not help with my pain saying it must be in my head… and yet I have gotten relief with Regenexx treatments. For the first time in 7 years. Thank you!!!

  2. Thank you for this post! I know a bit about the chronic pain treatment of years past because my mother, a nurse, took training in it. So I’m glad not to be forced into that. Unfortunately many doctors and physical therapists want to push exercise and increased activity when I KNOW it’s a bad idea. Hard for the patient, a layman, who respects these professions, to withstand the pressure to do more than I KNOW I should.
It IS helpful to think about pain in a different way. I try to remind myself my body is trying to tell me to be gentle and give it a chance to mend as it is designed to do. And while I can’t do many things I want to (walk, hike, ride my bicycle), I do try to daily remind myself of all the things I CAN do.
Anyway, thank you SO MUCH for this post. I always thought what you call the “crazy/lazy” approach was a thorough-going crock!
