Meet Dr Hyzy from Regenexx Colorado

This is another installment in our Meet the Providers series at Regenexx. The goal is to introduce each provider from the standpoint of what makes the provider tick and what caused him or her to get into regenerative medicine and interventional orthopedics. For Dr. Hyzy, that was being a national mountain-biking athlete. He, like many of us, looked at surgical options and attitudes and found this pathway to be less enticing than using precise, image-guided injections to try and heal tissue. Or said another way, cutting tissue out or sewing it back together and focusing on the part that hurts is less satisfying than figuring out why it hurts and trying to heal it all. Enjoy!
