Regenexx-C, the FDA, and Mark Twain

Regenexx-C the FDA

Regenexx-C the FDA and Mark Twain….I’ve received quite a few e-mails from patients this past week asking if we are still seeing patients after the recent court ruling (or the end of round 1 of our landmark stem cell case). Our disagreement with FDA over Regenexx has always been about the Regenexx-C stem cell procedure only. So as I have said in a prior post, nothing much changes for us. We haven’t performed the Regenexx-C cultured stem cell procedure in the US since 2010 and began offering it last year in the Cayman Islands. That will still continue. Our innovative same day stem cell procedures will continue to be performed in Colorado. The independent Regenexx Network doctors will also continue to perform these same procedures. So at the end of the day, other then our court case getting “punted” to a higher court to decide the difficult issues that the district court didn’t want to address, not much else changes for us. As Twain said, “The reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated”.
